Scissor Stay Hinge Adjustment

Horizontal Adjustment

Using a 4mm Allen key to adjust the position 1 screw as the picture above shown. This screw could bring the top hinge corner closer or further from the frame. Noted that the adjusting screw could only protrude maximum 1mm!

The adjusting screw must not protrude more than a maximum of 1 mm!
Compression Adjustment

Using a 4mm Allen key to adjust the hidden screw under the scissor stay arm. This screw could increase or decrease the compression force on the top hinge corner.

Pivot Post Setting

Horizontal Adjustment

Using a 4mm Allen key to adjust the screw on the bottom side of the post, which could bring the sash bottom hinge corner closer or further to the frame.

Vertical Adjustment

Using a 4mm Allen key to adjust the screw on top of the sash bottom hinge, which could move the sash up or down.

Compression Adjustment

Using a T15 Star key to increase or decrease the compression force of sash to frame.

Tilt-only Hinge Adjustment

Those adjustments are for Hopper window.

Horizontal Adjustment

To move the sash horizontally, release all four screws with Philips 2 driver and fix them back in desired location.

CVertical Adjustment

Using a 4mm Allen key to adjust the second screw count form right to lift or lower the sash.

Compression Adjustment

Using a 4mm Allen key to adjust both screws on ends to increase or decrease the compression force from the bottom side of the hopper window.

Roller Cam Adjustment

Using a T15 Star key to adjust the compression force from the cams & Strikers. Pay attention to the indicating plate at the bottom of cam, the center of the cam is far from the notch on the indicating plate, so turn the notch to outside to increase the compression.

Sash Lifter Adjustment

Using a T15 Star key to adjust the sash lifter screw, which could elongating the lifter and therefore lift the sash on the handle side.
